I am a highly skilled and motivated Part II Architectural Assistant with over two years of office-based professional experience in RIBA Charted practices. I am currently working towards the ARB/RIBA Part II Diploma through Oxford Brookes University and RIBA Studio, which I do in my own time alongside full-time employment.I am proficient in Autodesk Autocad and Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign. I have worked on Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Education projects. As an Architectural Assistant my work is focused primarily in RIBA stages 1-4, from initial client consultations, concept and design development through to planning and technical design for building regulation compliance.I have experience dealing with Party Wall legislation, preparing tender packages and aspects of contract administration. I currently work within a small design team, so I’m getting a lot of hands-on experience on wide range of residential projects.
