I have always ensured that I have supported all other mortgage advisors with their training, development and have deputised for my Line Manager when needed.

I was also a non advised branch manager which allows me to conduct non advised mortgage interviews to help deliver the requirements above.During my time as a Branch Manger , I was one of the top performing branches in the region in all areas and achieved local area awards. I have also developed and lead my own staff to develop in all aspects of their roles including developing good practice to improve customer experience, while maintaining god risk practices,which has resulted in the number of my team being on the regional succession plan and gaining promotion .
