• Providing technical IT support, responding to support queries for all UK staff• IT Logging of all support calls in the SysAid system.• Installation configuration and deployment of new and existing hardware/software in line with defined procedures.• Manage mobile phone hardware and allocation.• Take ownership of support issues and seek closure ensuring all relevant support procedures are followed.• Provide cover for Head of Business Systems.• Escalation of more complex calls to the relevant support team member or US IT Team.• Improve on efficiency of processes by the utilisation of technology solutions and continually learn new technologies and their application.• Keep computer databases up to date.• Provide training assistance to staff members.

Working in a highly automated environment gaining experience in advanced warehouse control and management systemsDaily usage of warehouse management tools JDA, DLX and Swisslog SynQInvestigation of errors in processing and misalignment of inventory data and integration with other warehouse departments to ensure timely resolution of issuesWork with WMS engineers to generate, test and report on various scenarios within DLX and SynQ
