Current Control inventory and reduce shrink through collaboration with executives, operations directors, and store teams; promote policies, KPIs, and maximize profitability across the organization Research negative impact across errors in inventory counts, billing and invoices, process breakdowns, and item cost tracking mistakes at the store and group level (five to eight stores), in departments, and at company level SME for inventory management in the Fresh division Analyze and plan an annual shrink budget across five Fresh division departments Write and communicate SOPs on KPIs in credit processes, item substitutions, aging inventory, and price reduction standards Communicate new policies and utilize revised SOPs to inform senior leadership and educate both directors and store staff utilizing conference calls, comprehensive slide decks, and in-person presentations Address high-risk areas that fail to meet desired shrink metrics utilizing root cause analysis and creating corrective action plans Responsible for inventory accuracy across all company departments.
