Since graduating college, I have managed a complete build of a 4,000 sq/ft house in Cohasset and have broken ground on a two bedroom two car garage house which will also be built in Cohasset. I oversee and coordinate every phase of the project from start to finish, closely working and communicating with municipal agencies (board of health, conservation, zoning), architects, framing and civil engineers, sub contractors, material vendors as well as home buyers. I do not sub out any site work or finish carpentry, both are in house. I have installed septic systems, storm water systems, bio-retention fields, gas and electrical conduits, retaining walls, road access to every lot, as well as specific wildlife plantings to satisfy conservation requirements. Much of my work involves land surveying and the use of laser levels and transits with constant reference to site, framing and architecutal plans. Show less
