This is a Contracts role where I provide commercial support for all Major Project initiatives for CNRL's Conventional and Thermal Pipeline Business Areas. This includes strategic strategy execution, developing Requests For Proposals/Quotes, single/sole sourcing, and negotiating/drafting contracts to ensure CNRL is signing contractors that will provide the greatest possible value at the lowest cost to complete any scope of work required for the project.This role also comes with the responsibility of developing reports and analysis for current market conditions and contractor spend, writing procurement plans that clearly define a strategic strategy that is to be executed, and writing award recommendations that outline results from the strategy.I am also required to build and managed strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as project engineers and managers, as well as contractors and vendors that provide value to CNRL's business.

In this role I was supporting all areas of Supply Chain at CNRL by rotating through each team within the Commercial Operations department to give a new and fresh perspective. Striving to complete continuous improvement tasks that allow teams to improve their day to day procedures, processes, and systems for more efficient business strategies. This role allowed me to gain knowledge and experience in Contracts, Procurement, Inventory, Joint Venture, and Asset Recovery.

Assisting with managing the creation, maintenance, and improvement of supply chain master data within item master. Processing daily IMCR’s throughout end-to-end Maximo workflow. Supporting team members with reporting and analytics for inventory and procurement performance measures. Assisting in data cleansing and harmonization within the Maximo system. Provided reporting and analytics for inventory performance measures. Supporting the development of team projects such as IM Maintenance,Commodity Code Standard, IMCR Standard, and On-Boarding Material for the Inventory Analyst rotation in the New Grad program.

Back-Shop roles and responsibilities involved general customer service roles, driving range and golf cart maintenance, and organize, store, and keep track of all members golf clubs.Pro Shop roles and responsibilities consisted of general customer service roles, checking in and booking members tee-times, as well as revenue and inventory responsibilities.

Handle, keep track of and execute third party contracts and agreements for Crossings, Proximities and Encroachments on CNRL Pipelines, Well Sites and Access Roads in North West Alberta and North East British Columbia area using programs such as QBLM, Accumap, and Abadata.Assist in auditing and data entry for CNRL Crown and Freehold surface land files in BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
