Over the past 10 years I have taken the dive into understanding how a Supply Chain functions to recognizing how to implement new practices to instill continuous improvement. Ranging from cancer diagnostics, fake eye lashes and most currently college retail, every Supply Chain can be looked at as how it can be optimized to run the most efficiently. The constant challenge of being able to marry the correct personnel with their respective area will always allow growth within any industry.While working in supply chain I've had the opportunity to lead numerous projects which range from design, build and relocation of a 60,000 sq ft warehouse, implementing a new ERP system and stream lining ordering processes for department orders. These projects have helped develop my presentation skills, critical thinking, editing and writing skills.When I'm not on the job, I enjoy riding my horse and team roping with my siblings. Being able to escape to the outdoors has always brought a balance to my life.
