  • Improved the toolset used by Nokia to provide top-notch customer support to one of its most important customers• Coded, from scratch, a Python3 automation script that can setup, modify or teardown a simulated network of virtual machines that function as digital twins of real Nokia IP routers• Wrote BASH scripts to handle Linux file management and networking tasks• Used git to manage code integration • Met routinely with the user team to demo progress, collect feedback, and propose upcoming milestones• Developed a YAML-based front-end for configuring the simulated topology• Tested each simulated topology using Nokia SROS command line tools such as ping andtraceroute• Wrote a detailed user guide to educate users about the setup, use and troubleshooting of the automation tool• Given a performance award for significantly improving the team’s operational workflow
