Within this role, I am tasked with taking customer complaints via email, telephone, and error report, which is a built-in system on our backend website, I create update and automate excel spreadsheets that allow my manager to gather his KPI/s that he needs to present to the council,I make sure stations are up and running at all times as well as making sure the bikes are looked after from the office portal, which is when if there is a problem I will liaison with one of the engineers to have them sent to fix the problem. I have also moved our filing from paper to a more environment friendly, in the form of a cloud server which my manager approved. I have really enjoyed my time here and have learnt a lot, such as addition to my people skills, a mastery over Microsoft office and how to lead a small team.

Within this job the main thing that I did was attempting to retain Vodafone’s customers, As well as upselling and selling new devices whether it be home broadband or a new watch or phone contract. To do this you use a few main skills in which I have developed over the course of working there. For one, the ability to build a rapport with this customer. This is one of my strongpoints I am very good at making and holding conversation to put the customers at ease. Another point is persuasion and the final one is just being polite. I have been working there for in and around the past 6 months and have really enjoyed my time.
