As a Mechanical Engineering Major at Missouri S&T, I am deeply interested in manufacturing production, manufacturing processes, and energy systems. My recent experience as an intern at Hitachi Energy provided me with hands-on experience in enhancing process efficiency, analyzing production performance, and implementing Lean Six-Sigma design solutions to reduce production downtime as well as increasing worker ergonomics and safety measures. I am passionate about the variability and challenge mechanical engineering has to offer, and I aspire to work in industries such as energy, manufacturing, or defense. Driven by a commitment to excellence and high standards, I am excited about the opportunity to learn more and develop in these evolving fields.
