I run my own design consulting business working on UX and Product Design contracts.

Headed the design effort with ED&A and TPMO at Nike Tech on the creation and execution of a Nike Data Exchange for sharing, consuming, organizing and creating the data products that run all of Nike's digital services.

Led UX product design for revenue, automation and customer support with a team of 3 product researchers for Ahold Delhaize. We rebuilt the customer service experience with AI and innovated the customer portal, payments and returns experiences across their thousands of grocery stores in the US and in the EU.

I built the pharmacy system Walmart pharmacists use every day in thousands of stores across the US. The system I built replaced a 30 year old point of sale pharmacy system and was the first of it's kind to provide AI-powered decision-making guidance for pharmacists, connecting prescriptions and their doses to medical history. In order to build this app, I built the foundational components for the Global Tech design system. The Pharamacy App was built directly via testing with Pharmacists on location across the US and business leaders at Walmart. I led a small team at West Monroe Partners to execute a user-tested solution, alongside the design team at Walmart Global Tech.

Created UX concepts and UI deliverables for digital experiences across web and mobile experiences at Humana. Collaborated with the core User Experience team on new designs and design strategies to build out their design system components, and worked with engineering to plan and map out the build of the design system. I also consulted with several designers from a high profile design firm as a part of an ongoing effort to rebrand Humana's image.

Holding the role as the head of the design team for this 100 person startup, I worked on many mobile, desktop apps and web apps for a variety of IoT related Fortune 500s. This involved successfully pitching UX and software packages to those world-famous companies, as well as establishing design standards for Egen as a brand and company.

I held the responsibilities of a web designer, motion graphics specialist, mobile application architect and UX/UI designer for AdaptiBar, a web and mobile application that prepares law students for the bar exam. I lead an initiative to revitalize the brand with a new fluid-responsive design that was approachable, that you could access anywhere on any device. I worked with our local team, previous bar exam students and previous users to conduct research to find how best to design an improved product.
