I focused on highlighting the value of human capital data for clients, telling stories with data to demonstrate how Revelio’s proprietary data assets can predict company and market performance. These assets created structure from unstructured human capital data, allowing consumers to compare employee positions and skills across industries with unified definitions and labels.

As the company's first data scientist, I created natural language processing models to predict financial market movement. I researched machine learning models to beat market returns and developed production-ready code to trade using these models.

Acting as the data expert and technologist for GSA's Office of Customer Experience, I utilized data to improve the customer experience for the federal government's customers. I did this by combining quantitative and qualitative information to identify what customers truly care about.Notable projects include:• Analyzed and presented results of Customer Loyalty Survey in R and Tableau, using regression models to identify critical issues impacting loyalty for 8,300 customers and recommend to senior leadership how to improve customer experience.• Built a survey response rate dashboard using R, Shiny, and the Qualtrics API to provide survey metrics not available through Qualtrics to clients enterprise-wise in a scalable and reproducible manner.• Managed the enterprise-wide implementation of Qualtrics and integration with Salesforce, liaising multiple IT, business, and cyber-security stakeholder groups to identify and execute the optimal integration strategy, saving GSA over $730,000/year.• Reformed customer data strategy to provide agency-wide customer understanding and implement better analytical methods.

Through this program, I worked with various offices to provide my skills. I also received an Administrator's Award for my work on the Service Level Agreement initiative, where I managed performance reporting for the CIO.Notable projects include:• Designed and implemented 18F Financial Dashboard using Google Sheets and Tableau to help GSA Deputy Administrator, CFO, and 18F Director of Operations better understand the performance and needs of the organization.• Created financial revenue models for five government programs, representing $11.4M in funding, to help convert formerly appropriated programs into revenue generating programs. • Designed and internally published forecasting model using Google Sheets to predict staffing needs and time requirements to process U.S. Army child care subsidy applications.
