As the Illawarra Regional Manager, I lead a permanent and casual team of 9, including administrative and training staff, to deliver top-notch training services to our community and clients. I oversee all aspects of the Illawarra Business Unit, managing budgeting, human resources, and operations. My role includes leading public awareness campaigns, such as media appearances and community outreach, to enhance water safety, notably through programs like Learn to Swim for refugee women. I’ve developed partnerships with local councils, schools, and community groups to broaden water safety education and program access. Ensuring full compliance with RTO standards and regulatory requirements is a priority, along with contributing to statewide water safety policies as a member of the Illawarra Water Safety Committee, including initiatives like the 2024 Multicultural Water Safety Day.

As League Manager of Urban Rec Wollongong, I lead a team of 15 staff (event hosts) who run the sporting nights. I am the key contact for all members and stakeholders in the Wollongong area.Currently, we have 76 teams playing in the Illawarra across 3 venues, in 6 different sports.I take responsibility of all facets of the business model, including, HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Team Management and Financial Management.

WYDAC provides on the ground support for at risk Youth in Warlpiri communities. WYDAC has multiple departments including Youth Development, Youth Diversion and Children and Family Intensive Support.Based in Yuendumu, 300km North West of Alice Springs, I lead the Sport and Recreation department within WYDAC and focus on Males and Females aged 14-50. Achievements include:- Manage and report on 10 funding contracts to ensure funds are spent correctly and in the communities interest- Employ and work with 5 local Yapa Sport and Recreation workers to provide programs for children, young men and women- Run the Tanami Football League, a summer competition in Yuendumu. I was in charge of all fixturing, operations, marketing and accounting for this league.- Create the first ever Tanami All Stars team- a team comprised of the best young players from Yuendumu, Nyirippi and Willowra . We played our first ever game against South Alice Springs Kangaroos.- Oversee the operation and maintenance of 6 Sports Buses for players to use to take into town for games

YMCA Rebuild focuses on incarcerated youth and helps to increase life skills whilst incarcerated. As part of the Sport and Recreation team, I delivered sport and recreation programs to approximately 150-200 prisoners per day.Achievements:- Managed the Sport and Recreation programs for the Indigenous unit of approximately 200 men per day.- Lead a team to deliver the 'Christmas Olympics' which gave the men an opportunity to represent their community in all different sports- Oversee multiple prison competitions. E.g. AFL Season, Basketball competitions and Badminton Competitions
