My responsibility was to create the virtual global forum, this was due to take place in Columbia, but due to the pandemic we were forced to move to an online event. We had to offer everything that the in-person event would have offered-Administrative Support Managed team processes, including meetings, Google Drive organisation, budget analysis, quarterly reporting, and internal communication.Ensured the team's awareness of corporate and legal requirements, supporting processes to meet data protection, safeguarding, and other relevant regulations.Provided administrative and project support for team initiatives, including gatherings and publications.Coordinated work for specific team member projects, including scheduling, agendas, dispatching papers, booking facilities, and managing reminders for accountability.Processed payments within the finance system.-Relationship SupportLiaised with internal colleagues and external contacts as directed by the Team Leader or team members leading relevant projects.Communicated via various channels (letter, email, phone) internally and externally, following guidance from the team leader or project leads. Made appropriate communication decisions in their absence.Attended relevant meetings and trainings on behalf of the TNE team.-Theological SupportProvided administrative and facilitation support for internal learning sessions.Offered administrative support for the development of theological projects.
