The Innovation team at the RSPCA looks to enable teams to renovate failing or underperforming products through Agile Project Management techniques. I shared knowledge and understanding through problem framing and idealisation workshops and the creation of an Innovation Hub, a digital space with the latest trends and forecasts. As well as enabling teams I also Project Managed Innovation projects. Using the latest supporter insights and market trends to develop products that our supporters expect or require from the RSPCA that we do not currently offer. I regularly manage multiple projects with competing stakeholders and priorities. Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills have been key to my success on multiple projects.

Middle Donor Account Executive

Alongside the Middle Donor Programme Manager, I manage a programme of 2,000+ donors with a 2021 income of over £1m. Stewarding new and existing donors who give donations of £250 - £5000, through a personalised supporter journey. I am responsible for the Middle Donor Regular Giving programme, including 100+ donors who give £50+ p/m. In addition to managing the relationship through bespoke emails, letters and phone calls, I also assist in the creation of quarterly appeals and updates, generating income of £50,000+ for specific RSPCA projects. These appeals can run in tandem with RSPCA wide appeals (e.g. Cancel out Cruelty or the Covid 19 appeal) they are personalised to appeal to Middle Donors. I also manage the Middle Donor income tracker and reconciliation, and I am currently looking at streamlining our programme, using our current database to maximise efficiency, while also reaching possible new technologies.
