Evaluate and render credit decisions on incoming residential loan applications consistent with First federal Bank of Kansas City policies on retail and nationally originated loans. Quality review of credit, income and asset documentation to ensure loans meet program, agency and portfolio guidelines.

I handle loans from the beginning including RESPA disclosures/compliance, processing, pre-underwriting, closing and purchasing. I bring years of experience and knowledge in helping grow the secondary home loan division in the Kansas City market.

I was requested back to this position and provided the same quality of work and effort until the company was disolved in April 2010. I earned extra responsiblities and experience in state licensing and banking examinations added on to the many responsiblities I already was handling. I was responsible for the closing, funding, and sale of every ChoiceAmerica Lending, LLC loan. My ability to negotiate and finalize settlement figures with title companies, loan officers and realtors in a time sensitive manner gave me a great reputation. I managed the warehouse line and any wire transactions with our primary or secondary banks while maintaining quality business relationships with each. Prepared all closing documents and handled the delivery of all loans to the purchasing investors while troubleshooting any issues with the funding/purchasing of each loan. I also administered the sale of mulitple/bulk loans and handled any quality assurance, payoffs, releases or assignments.

I handled the closing of loans and a major workload as the bank was growing their secondary home loan division. The home loan division increased in size every month as more offices in several states including Arizona, Kansas, Missouri, North Dakota and Iowa were added. If it were not for the personal request from ChoiceAmerica Lending, LLC and its Vice President to return for which I could not refuse, I would have liked to see where this position went.

This was a very rewarding and challenging experience. I worked very dilligently every day to enroll and screen potential patients for Wellness Life Systems products. I handled the account management for each patient I enrolled. I also promoted and sold additional Wellness Life System products to each enrolled patient. I dealt with doctor or nurse inquiries into patient requests and also maintained knowledge of current Medicare guidelines and pricing. It turned out to be a line of work I did not see myself making a career out of and I respectfully spoke with the owner and management and decided to pursue other job opportunities.

I was able to learn so much regarding the mortgage/banking industry from this position. I learned the basic closing and funding for every home loan and handled the quality assurance for each. I performed this job so well I earned a promotion and more responsibilities.

This was my first job out of college and it started as an entry-level position, but I earned new responsibilities every year/season. I prepared and implemented the design of the marketing materials for single game, season and gamedays. I was responsible for planning sales staff for gameday production, including any pre-game or post-game events. I administered the "Kicks for Kids" charitable ticket donation program and handled the account management for major youth soccer clubs and organizations.. I also coordinated the season ticket holder fan club which included email blasts, event promotion and gameday functions. I was able to build solid relationships with season ticket holders, soccer clubs and local charities in the Kansas City area thru my efforts.
