About Jake Wallace

Jake completed a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science (Hons) at the University of Technology Sydney. He took this technical skill set and moved into the corporate finance sector specialising in Capital Gains Tax and business automation for investment banks. Throughout his career he has consulted to various financial institutions in Australia and New Zealand including ING, BNP Paribas, Royal & Sun Alliance, New Zealand Guardian Trust, Challenger, QBE, ING, Onepath and ANZ. Jake currently is a member of the Investment management and implementation team (IM&I) at ANZ Wealth. Jake is responsible primarily for the maintenance, creation and enhancement of the various in-house propriety models used within the team and the wider CIO. Jake is also responsible for execution and trading the FX hedge strategy across Australia and New Zealand as well as daily liquidity, trading and exposure management of the various diversified portfolios across Australia and New Zealand.Jake joined ING Australia in 2005, initially working in the finance division leading process improvement across the Trust Accounting division.
