In August 2023, I began majoring in mathematics, computer science, and global business with concentrations in business economics and financial technologies. I am actively developing an algorithm for trading stocks and leading a team of talented finance individuals. Over the past three years, I have been a neurological researcher specializing in neurodegenerative diseases. I am pursuing a career in finance because I am driven by the results-based environment and the many potential applications of mathematics. As a former neurological researcher and a current mathematics researcher, I specialize in data analytics and screening large amounts of current research. My experiences in mathematics and my interest in finance have led me to pursue a career in quantitative finance.I am developing a background in quantitative analysis, equity research, algorithmic trading, and quantitative modeling.
