Building product oriented approach in software. Global responsibility for Software Products for Baggage Handling in AirportsKey results: In software products, we are frontrunners on proving the benefits of product management, leading to a global product manager concept being rolled out across all business units. I created product strategies and roadmaps for the airport software products, defined and aligned a common view on the software lifecycle and product health, and initiated a new paradigm for our UI platform.

- Strategy development: “Online First - a mindset for the 2020’s”- Business Architect- Chief Product Owner and Product LeadKey results: I created a strategy for IT and business development with and for the 9 membership banks: “Online First”, addressing user needs, business needs, architecture, data, and governance. As part of the strategy work, a colleague and I researched the market, facilitated workshops with management, and involved stakeholders. The Online First strategy became one of the 5 pillars of the Bankdata 2025 Strategy. In December 2021 we delivered the first solution developed in accordance with the Online First principles. I was CPO and Business Architect on “Total Values” – a platform for collaboration between customers, and between customers and bank advisors. The solution was well received by both customers, advisors, and the business.

- Development and pitch of outcomes and business cases for new products and projects- Research, input, and facilitation of strategy work with management- Analysis of size and impact of new projects on development, products, and architecture- Lead Product Owner on new cross-channel self-service platformKey Results: I ensured a holistic view on development e.g., making the grounds for a Digital by Default concept, pure-digital KYC (Know Your Customer) and re-using elements in a new context, allowing for the sunsetting of a stand-alone system.

- Coordinating Product Owner for home banking (Jyske Bank, Sydbank and more)- Specifying requirements in cooperation with the customers- Requirement development, analysis and specification of projects and tasks- Ensuring coherence between products and projects across the programKey results: I assessed a third-party system and ensured the implementation could fulfil business requirements. The system is now one of the ground pillars in Bankdata’s membership banks’ self-service.

- Facilitating collaboration between the Danish banks and Agency for Digitisation (Ministry of Finance)- Analysis and specification of requirements for projects and tasks- Development of end-user agreements in collaboration with Nets’ legal department- Development of user interface and communicationKey results: I built consensus between Agency for Digitisation and the Danish banks on how to move forward, creating the ground for a successful migration from existing Java applet based to JavaScript based NemID.

- Project Lead representative for Danske Bank in NemID sector partnership, 2008-2011- Participation in Norwegian BankID sector partnership, 2006- Specification, user interface, usability testing, communication, organisational implementation- Participation in projects on implementation of authentication solutions in Danske Bank’s self-service solutions in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Luxembourg, and Finland, including migration strategies from existing solutionsKey results: I was part of developing and rolling out the sector NemID solution - I made a big impact on the solution both in terms of functionality and communication. I also took part in migrating Danske Bank authentication solutions to NemID, including describing the customer journey and dialogue flow. When Danske Bank launched Mobile Banking in 2010, I came up with the concept for the authentication flow.

- Coordinating Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian support- Contact and coordination with development- Build-up and maintenance of knowledge base and end-user FAQ- Second level support of home banking solutions- User and accept testing of new authentication solutionsKey result: I changed feedback from customer support to development organisation from an ad hoc basis to a structured form, so it was taken into account in development of existing and new solutions.
