-Using SAP ERP and MS Office Pack on a daily basis;-Constant monitoring of customer's tickets, processing requests on time and accordingly to client's requirements in ServiceNow system;-Raising and posting AR transactions such as various invoices, credit notes, down payment requests, etc.;-Preparing necessary monthly reports (SOX controls, KPI, SLI) and active participation in monthly closings;-Cooperating with other departments of AR, AP, GL, HR, Treasury and Front Office in Benelux/Czech;-Conducting courses for other Trainees and active participating in trainings conducted by others;-Using various programs such as CoupaSoftware, Trintech, myServices to complete daily tasks;-Taking a part in assembling a data needed for an audit carried out by an external establishment.
