I hired on staff writers, pushed for process based content, brought on ad clients and managed years of playlisting.

I was responsible for production & hospitality advances each night at the venue/festival which involved managing our production crew as well as time management for the band. I'd budget out tours from start to finish handling transportation/hotel to payroll/expenses. I organized all visa/immigration advances for every member of the traveling party.
