*Implement student objectives as stated in their IEPs.*Collaborate with the school support system to implement to programs and teaching strategies.*Demonstrate appropriate teaching techniques that involves prompting, pacing and utilization of reinforcement strategies.*Provide direct care to students as needed in an instructional manner that provides the basis for independence.*Family / Caregiver Support; Work with individuals and their caregivers one-to-one or in small groups.*Planned Respite/ Crisis Respite; provide planned short term relief on a one-to-one basis. Provide immediate short-term relief which support crisis resolutions.*Crisis Avoidance/Response/In-Home supports; Provide immediate short-term relief, support crisis resolution.*Pre-vocational/Supported Employment; (Job coach) teaches adolescents ages 14 and up the skills to search for and retain employment.*Special Needs Community Advocacy; Liaison with community and educational systems regarding the child's strengths, disabilities, and needs related to unmet health care issues.

*Supervise and monitor counselors assisting children during homework help period.*Design educational activities for special events or fields trips.*Implement programs and activities centered on parental involvement.*Facilitate Project Based Learning Curriculum for teens in the Youth Employment Program. *Supervise and facilitate workshop training for counselors.*Assist counselors in creating and managing educational activites, recreation and special events.*Collaborate with community schools in reference to students serving the after school program. *Mediate and facilitate student behavior issues.
