Some of the projects in place: LPG storage terminal (imports/exports), Investment portfolio (financial assets), equipment renovation (40 tractor trucks) for LPG logistic unit, Auto LPG project (LPG as an alternative of gasoline), Wharf-to-terminal Gas pipeline, and natural gas treatment (dehydration) plant, among others. - I worked with business units leaders to build the strategic plan 2023-2027 and assess its impact on the company valuation, capital allocation schedule, capital structure (debt + equity), and dividend policy. - I lead the digital transformation of the accounting and project management divisions, implementing platforms that reduced manual work, eliminated paper throughout both processes, centralized information and produced reports in real time.

Spearheaded the Postgraduate Programs business unit, driving an impressive annual EBITDA of USD $1.2 million. Key responsibilities encompassed crafting the business unit's comprehensive financial plan, including the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and evaluating the financial sustainability of new programs.
