This included Keyword Research, Statistics Research, Link Building, Technical SEO and more.

- Managed the production of QASidekick.com, a browser extension that allows development teams to provide feedback and report bugs while testing a website's newest features.- Defined & improved the product’s vision as a Generalist UX/UI Designer, gathering feedback from the end-users whilst collaborating with the developer.- Oversaw the design of paper and digital wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototypes and mockups.- Coordinated 3 usability tests with end users as well as 1 to 1 calls to understand how their experiences can be improved. This allowed me to generate 2 personas and a tailored user journey map.
