Operations Services Assistant
Current- Monitor, track and coordinate activities involved with the planning, scheduling, replacement and maintenance of Fire hydrants, large main valves, Lead Services, distribution system assets in Water, Customer Services.
- Prepares TCP's (Traffic Control Plans) for all restoration work done by in-house and outside contractors.
- Works independently and in groups with supporting departments, contractors and consultants.
- Responsible for the quality assurance/quality control (QAQC) process that ensures that an inventory of all WASA assets is maintained and updated regularly in Maximo to reflect current conditions such as repairs and.
- Prepares schedules estimates, daily actively reports, routine technical and administrative tasks including preparation of status reports for WASA management, Customer Service and Contractor.
