My responsibilities as an Electronics Team Member primarily entailed selling Target's guest products from the electronics section. This would would require me to interpret the guest request, present to them options that fit their request, explain to them what the differences between those options involved and I would also add a recommendation based on my thought regarding their stated needs and my personal opinion. I would also present the guest with additional products that complimented their selection and explained the benefits of purchasing the additional items. It was also my responsibility to offer and explain the advantages our store card and warranties to guest.

I was responsible for operating and maintaining the area around the customer service desk. These duties required me to handle customer sale, return, exchange and layaway transactions, maintain a clean work area around the customer service desk and front end registers. It often became my responsibility to resolve customer disputes in regards to various matters when the managers were indisposed.
