• Lead a team of program managers who manage a portfolio of Global Interiors Program change request (PCR) projects and ensure projects execute on schedule and on budget

• Single point of contact between clients and Bombardier during aircraft specifications, completion process and delivery activities of the Global family of aircraft• Lead Aircraft completions specification activities with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and fleet operators and support Sales for Global aircraft sales.• Travelled extensively worldwide (America, Europe, Russia, and Asia) to lead completions specification activities with clients. • Define the aircraft configuration: floor plan, avionics, cabin equipment options and exterior paint.• Participate in design and operational reviews to ensure that customer requirements and delivery commitments are met. • Prepare progress reports to keep customers informed on project timeline and requirements.• Ensure successful closing of the aircraft transaction and aircraft delivery by working closely with all internal stakeholders (Sales, finance, contracts, production, entry into service team).• Obtain client feedback on satisfaction surveys.

• Lead and direct cross-functional integrated Program Teams (IPDT) to meet schedule and technical performance objectives• Responsible for resolution of technical, schedule and cost issues during development.• Provide visibility in key governance meetings with Directors and Senior Executives on project execution including change management and risk management. • Manage the integration of the Work Packages schedule and ensure that it is harmonized with the overall program schedule. • Ensure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables in each program phase.

• Prepare business cases and ensure clear strategy & definition of Program Change Request (PCR) affecting both in-service and production aircraft.• Budget ownership – Managing cost overruns and commitments to plan and establish annual PCR budget in accordance with development road map.• Accountable to execute the PCR until successful implementation of the change on the aircraft

• Coordinate all engineering activities that lead to the on-time definition, design, build and certification of the Global family of aircraft.• Manage critical milestones, identify risks and roadblocks and propose recovery plans to protect the aircraft delivery schedule

• In charge of protecting the aircraft contractual weight “Do Not Exceed Guaranteed”.• Produce weight and balance reports, weight estimates, weighing reports and flight loadsheets
