I obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, University Of Pacific, Stockton, California (1986). Involved in the area of design, fabrication / construction, installation and commissioning of onshore and offshore steel structures and facilities such as Offshore Integrated Platforms, FPSO, FSO, Deepwater FPS, Subsea System, Living Quarters, Jackets (8 legged, 4 legged, tripods etc.), Offshore Production & Compression Modules, Module Supports Frame (MSF), Satellite Platforms, Helideck, Bridges and Onshore facilities such as Communication Tower, Crude Oil & Gas terminals, Sludge Catcher Facilities, Crude Storage Tanks , Sea water Intake etc. I involved in various stages of project development, FDP, DBM, FEED, Detailed Design, Construction /Fabrication, Offshore Hook-Up and Commissioning and Start-Up activities. Normal task usually as a Client Representative fabrication activities majorly for HSE, QA/QC . Expeditor and Welding Quality assessment - working with references to project Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and as a resident’s engineer (full time) as per assign projects.Spearheaded the development and implementation of various quality assurance processes in ensuring excellent product quality as well as functionality.Planned and implemented audit activities while at site, identify and report non-conformityOversaw the inspection of Materials Receiving, Marking, Cutting, Rolling, bevelling, Fit-Up, Welding, Visual, Dimensional inspection, NDT, Hydrostatic Test, Painting, final inspection as well as FAT, Packing and delivery. Ensured fabrication is completed under strict conformance to the ITP, drawings and fabrication procedures and equipment delivered within acceptable quality.Ensured customer punch list and NCRs properly raised as well as closed out.Reviewed inspection records while provided enhancement recommendations for the findings while ensured countermeasures taken are in line with codes acceptance, standards and specifications.Coached and supported clients’ & Supplier project team such as Project Engineer, planner, QA/QC Inspectors to ensure all inspection as well as testing activities with "Hold and Witness Points" are understood while swiftly resolved arising issues.Checked fabrication documentation including WPS, PQR, Welder qualification, relevant drawing, mill certificates, NDE & PWHT report et
