Responsibilities:Develop and conduct sourcing process for materials from end-to-end process (start from analyze market, RFI, define the sourcing strategy, prequalification, ITB preparation, tender invitation, pre-bid meeting, bid evaluation, negotiation, winner notification, PO award & involve in kick of meeting and material delivery, to support Field operations, TAR Project, VRA/VRB, Tie-Ins project & Wells.Setting the best of procurement strategy & method to perform DA, DS, E-bid as per PTK 007 and BP's Terms & Conditions with close coordination with Subject Matter Experts related to function in technical, quality, commercial, and post award activities (e.g., claims, change orders, addendum, etc.) and close coordination with Expeditor, MatCo, Geodis Team, (e.g. Kick of meeting, expediting, on time delivery, penalty, etc.)As vocal point for MRO Critical Materials by accelerating the procurement process, the use of domestic local content, comply with POQR and PTK 007 and BP General Terms and Conditions.Initiate the solver meeting with Supplier/Contractor and SME's for any issues regarding Contractual Compliance. Involve on Counter Party Due Diligent (CDD) as part of Vendor Registration during Procurement Activities.Involve and Fully Support on audit process (internal and/or external) especially related to Compliance and Governance, by settlement the findings.Project:Tangguh Expansion project VRA/VRB during TAR12: Support various Fitting Flanges, Seamless Pipe (APDN products)GBS championship 2022: Close out backlog shopping cart for 716 line items.Local Content Taskforce: Close coordination with Engineering Specialist, Formalities Team, & Quality Team to discuss & determine the list of materials that has rejection history in Masterlist for further follow up to Local Company as listed in Book of APDN, P3DN Ditjen Migas / Ministry of ESDM.By performing Market assessment, benchmarking in QCD aspect & provide summary results to management as evidence.
