With almost 10 years of clerical experience in shipping and distribution to over 650 locations nationwide, I look forward to providing sterling customer service and support for my customers, clients, and vendors. While leading a team of 2, I trained team members in customer advocacy techniques, and created standards of procedure protocols for bi-weekly distributions. Using my suggestions helped our office to become one of the most efficient departments in the company. My additions also helped save time and resources when researching for customers to find lost or damaged parcels, maximizing our ability reroute products to the merchant in order to circumvent the loss of sales. My skills also include; Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Google Drive. Please be aware that I am service driven and genuinely care about the experience of my customers.
