CurrentHandling most sensitive and complicated EVV cases and escalations to resolve billing issues for providers.Working with EVV aggregators such as HHA, Sandata, Tellus, Authenticare and CareBridge regarding technical specifications, compliance and provider issues.EVV SME supporting Tier 1, Tier 2, Implementation, Sales and CRE teams.Revamping, organizing and adding internal and external documentation regarding EVV.Collaborates with Solutions and Engineering teams to diagnose current or potential roadblocks, compliance requirements and features.
