Current-Collaborates with Sales Directors to retain and onboard clients, delivering best-in-class service to deepen relationships and ensure client satisfaction.-Analyzes campaign delivery reports to identify optimization opportunities and generate actionable insights, contributing to the development of weekly and monthly reports for agencies and clients.-Coordinates with Media Buying and Campaign Management teams to ensure campaign optimization and delivery meet or exceed KPIs, fostering improved communication and collaboration.-Proactively identifies areas for process improvement with companies most high touch clientele accounts.
