I assist the users of our ERP system with daily opportunities that arise as well as handling the permissions within the system. I also prepare the technology for new employees and assist with the initial training of our systems. My main focus is to make sure those at the university have a positive experience with the IT department and have the knowledge to utilize our ERP system.

Liaison between the academic world and the Information Technology world. I make sure that the professors' classes and presentations run smoothly and the students are not distracted by any opportunities with the technology. Support all technology with the Indiana Tech Law School. First level support of all classroom hardware (podium computers, projectors, document camera, interactive whiteboards, and recording equipment). Training the faculty and staff on the use of the classroom technology, software used by the law school and the Microsoft Office Suite 2010 and 2013.

Troubleshoot issues with electronic documents that are beyond the normal daily issues. Collaborate on special projects within the company that involve the EDI department assistance. Track and report information using Microsoft Office products. Speaker at Technology and Software Conferences centered around discussions of EDI and customer service.

Designed and tested enhancements to the SC2000 POS software. Trained members on the latest enhancements at trade shows and via the telephone. Created databases and spreadsheets to track projects. Developed training documents. Trained in-house staff.

Primary responsibilities included new employee orientation, managing training needs of the production lines (lines 3 & 5), and creating and maintaining the training documentation.Trained team members on specific production modules. Facilitated functional group meetings. Conducted new employee orientation. Liaison for Edy’s with particular vendors. Member of Hardener Task Force which identified problems and developed solutions.

Organize and lead the Junior High Youth program. Lead weekly bible studies and Sunday evening events for fellowship. Organized monthly events for entertainment and personal development. personal interaction with the youth to help mentor and lead them.
