Advisor Support
CurrentCurrently working as an advisor support at Atlantic Swiss, a leading financial planning firm specialising in individuals within the entertainment industry. I work collaboratively with advisors, tech team, and providers to deliver a punctual, high quality service to our clients. My role bares a high level of responsiveness, ensuring that client requests are met swiftly.Duties:- Assist the Adviser with client facing tasks, such as liaising with clients as required andpreparing client fact finds, review meeting packs, annual suitability reports and someletters of authorities.- Leverage FE Analytics to construct financial models that visualise performance against market benchmarks.- Complete “what-if scenario” tax/allowance calculations as needed such as CGT, pension taperingand carry-forward allowance as well as investment bond-related calculations.- Help with preparing client facing paperwork for new business (to include sending applications to clients for signature).- Liaise with clients and other relevant members of the team to organise client withdrawalrequests.- Co-ordinate with the adviser to ensure that post client meeting are logged and added to thesystem and arrange any follows-ups/set-up cases for Paraplanners to research.- Liaise with Investment Providers and DFMs as required.- Assist the head of the Investment Committee with prep and/or anything else needed such asnote-taking during the meeting.- Liaise with Accountants and Solicitors where needed for tax packs and/or EIS certificates, plusother queries such as valuations, contributions, etc.- Liaise with external brokers on behalf of the Advisers to discuss general insurance or PMI andupdate internal systems with any such policies put in place.
