As a Senior Consultant, Change & Improvement, I was part of a university-wide change management and process improvement function. In collaboration with senior leaders and other key stakeholders, I took a hands-on and proactive approach to delivering Deakin’s strategic goals through pragmatic process improvement and capability development solutions on priority projects and processes. As a Senior Business Analyst, Performance & Process, I led analysis and change efforts across many digital and transformation initiatives to deliver value and efficiency for Deakin and its students, through a high degree of engagement with stakeholders across various levels, both internally and externally.

As a Digital Business Analyst at Squiz, I was responsible for gathering and analysing UX and business requirements data to conceptualise solutions, create recommendations and strategies to solve client, business, and user needs, and to execute and deliver within projects and tender processes.In this capacity, I actively communicated and collaborated with external and internal stakeholders at all levels to analyse information needs and requirements, and deliver the following artefacts as needed: functional and non-functional requirements, current and future state business process and workflow diagrams, gap analyses, business cases, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, annotated and interactive wireframe prototypes, and quality assurance testing.I also actively collaborated as a senior member within Squiz multidisciplinary teams to enable the realisation of project goals, including briefings, specification explanations, problem solving, and querying customers on behalf of the production team. As part of this work, I maintained a consultative presence in a project from inception to completion.

Rose Technology Group is a Melbourne and Sydney based technology services agency providing digital solutions for small and large businesses across Australia. Delivering product database management solutions, design and development for web, Android and iOS apps, and an email marketing system.As Digital Consultant at Rose Technology, I consulted to clients on strategies to leverage the company’s suite of products and services for application development, web and mobile-enabled sites, online marketing, and email management.I delivered product database management solutions, design and development for web, Android and iOS apps, and an email marketing platform to a broad client base that includes Wesfarmers, ACCO Australia, Caroma, Bantex Group, Tridon Australia, Dayco Australia, M.J. Bale, Aussie Home Loans, and more. I facilitated workshops and led requirements gathering, produced end-to-end solutions, proposing products and services to clients, advising clients of any changes needed to systems and architecture. As Project Manager, I mobilised the project and took ownership for the full SDLC including budgets, timeframes, and go-live, while managing relationships and appointment of third-party designers and agencies as required. I also delivered improvements to workflow management, increasing communication between Developers and with Frontend Development, resulting in greater company productivity and profitability.In my 5 years at Rose, I acted as Website Integration Manager of small single-page websites for small businesses to large complex product database management platforms for enterprise organisations, with full back-end functionality. I was also the resident expert on MailBANK, an innovative email marketing solution product.

At Commercial Property Guide, I played a pivotal role in delivering this new website portal from a start-up position to becoming a viable competitor in the online real estate space, with over 500 real estate agencies and 80,000 property listings since launch.I developed and managed the full lifecycle of website initiatives (requirements gathering, UX, concept & design, development, tracking) through to final launch and post-launch tracking. This included rolling out wireframes and concept images to communicate the vision of the site and products to management, and prioritising new products and features, working with the Dev team on developing and designing new work, bug fixes, managing product backlog, ideas for future work and requirements analysis. I am also well-versed in the mobile environment, having created the concept for, and introduced full functionality of, the app across iOS and Android native apps in addition to administering the Commercial Property Guide site, Mobile Apps and Agent Administration site. I led the development of mobile apps to accompany the main website, boosting user engagement (User Experience – UX) and increasing value for customers, in turn, increasing advertising spend.I introduced new advertising products to expand revenue, developed a subscription model to help stabilise the billing and finance processes and to increase advertising uptake.I have experience in analysis, having designed and led research to better understand how visitors use the site, to segment distinct audiences along with use cases for each, and identify ways to optimise the site and provide a better experience with an eye toward future scalability.

Runway is the most comprehensive cloud software solution for the property industry on the market, becoming the industry standard for land developers, building complex developers and home builders.At Switched-On Group, I provided consultation and product solutions to clients on CRM, CMS, Email Marketing, Call Centre Management and Product Marketing with an exclusive Property Module built specifically for the Property Industry.I conducted client workshops and requirements analysis to understand the client end goals and formulate an appropriate solution based on client budget, market message, and target demographics. I also quickly became a subject matter expert in Switched-On’s proprietary Runway CRM system.I delivered multiple Email marketing campaigns (Design, HTML creation, campaign setup, sending and reporting), and website management (CMS or non-CMS based sites). I led the rollout of a national periodical eDM newsletter campaign for BP Australia; a new venture for their BP Plus fuel card customers to build engagement and brand loyalty.While at Switched-On, I played a key role in a major client implementation (worth in excess of $250,000 to the business), requiring mapping the client’s existing SAP ERP system and complex data structure to integrate into the end solution. I also implemented branding and marketing collateral into the new CRM system for brochure and eDM generation.

Jivve is a motor vehicle procurement business start-up through a joint venture between Macquarie Bank and another private investor.At Jivve, my role focused on the development and execution of end-to-end web-based communications with clients that integrated social networking channels and strengthened and grew client services.I developed a personalised email-based client post-purchase communication and executed monthly campaigns, resulting in average open rate of 49.54% against the industry standard of 18%. I also delivered a fully integrated social media plan across Facebook and Twitter, coupled with MailChimp for eDM.My execution of email and direct mail campaigns increased referral business by 25% and sales by 10%. In addition, I also led the management and support of dealership network ensured delivery of best-in-class customer service, garnering client recommendation ratings of 92%.
