Started working here straight out of university in July 2017, I have had to help manage sales negotiations from large scale business to business models to smaller orders for self builds and merchants. Giving me direct hands on experience in the sales world of a functioning business in interacting with small orders and also large scale business to business orders.Effectively managed and delegated, I work in a great team of sales people who each act as a cog in the sales machine with specialist roles to perform, whilst having the knowledge to perform all roles when necessary.

It was a great working environment and the staff were all great, thoroughly enjoyed working here and made use of great teamwork. Helped me to further develop my customer interaction skills by talking with many unique customers individually to help them have a good time and to recommend specials we had on.Helped me develop key communication and interaction skills to be applied to any career and also showed me how effective teamwork is so easy when you're in a great and friendly work environment.

Worked on special events mostly in the marquise, serving on large weddings, charity events, christenings etc. I had to achieve a high standard of work to ensure the experience for this large scale events was great.This was a great place to learn effective customer interaction as well as to work in a larger business model for effective teamwork. The staff were friendly and helped me to learn so much about the industry and also apply many of these skills in customer service and teamwork, to name a few, into the larger business world.

My first fully paid part time job, this taught me a lot about the on the ground experiences of a retail environment. I had to undertake many basic tasks, managing stock, working on the till, handling the delivery of papers. I learnt how to fit into an effective model of a business and develop my customer interaction skills by establishing familiarity with regular customers and assisting many with queries.It was a great first time job that really helped me to develop initial skills to achieve more in future part time jobs which would eventually tie in to my ability to effectively work in my full time career after university.
