Responsible for National Trace Operations in England for Large Venues, Care Homes and Complex Settings (including workplaces) and Police Enforcement. Directly responsible for reacting to policy and legislative changes in England to amend, rebuild or create processes to meet the objective and roll out to a contractor workforce of over 300 agents.Constant training and mentoring of colleagues and contractors. Reporting to senior public health officials in the UK. Collaborating with senior policy colleagues to troubleshoot issues and support ministers decisions using evidence and data collected through outcomes of process. Drafting nationwide communications to citizens, care homes and workplaces explaining changes in process and procedure. Project management - Taking an issue and drafting possible solutions, building the process and engaging with my stakeholder network to implement. From end to end including MI collection and ongoing monitoring.Answering citizen queries at expert level. Drafting and distributing FAQ’s to support agents and expedite providing citizens with answers to their queries.Continuous improvement to process by reacting to feedback, observing and acting on opportunities to streamline and ensure no interruption to service.
