I have 34 years of experience working on IT projects with the Department of Project Management, Department of State and Defense organizations. The scope of projects includes: Agile Methodologies, System Engineering, system analysis and design, systems implementation, network infrastructure design, user support and training and data management systems. My project experience spans various areas in the Department including; Integration, business operations and IT Program Management. I received the Meritorious Civilian Service Award, the Intelligence Community Acquisition Award for System Acquisition and Systems Engineering. Lead a team who was awarded a Meritorious Unit Citation on behalf of the National Foreign Intelligence Community and the Director of Central Intelligence.
