Maintain the baseline and provide reporting / management visibility. Ensure CAM data is accurately reflected in the plan. Help Cams strategically manage their forecast accuracy milestone reporting. I am the IMS interface with customer’s representatives. I have developed several reporting products in use at our PMRs and help to automate charts we draw from the schedules for use at PMRs and PPRs. Also responsible for another IPT for all the same requirements. Help interface with customer’s representatives and respond to actions. Have a pro-active approach with customers and management.

Business Resource Manager of the Integrated Business Team (IBT). Responsible for cost collection and reporting per the CDRL’s. Lead proposal preparation activities and preparation of business plans. Maintain and provide AIT management the reports necessary to track progress against the program baseline, update for LRE planning and interface directly with the Customer. Have metrics in place to aid in process improvement. Provide leadership and coaching in all aspects of the IBT. Responsible for the Program Level schedules and the integration of the lower tiers into the Program Level Planning.

(4) - Business Resource member (IBT). Worked process improvements to current scheduling system that enables the program to work from an integrated database approach. Produce integrated network planning for the Systems Engineering &Systems Integration & Test Teams. As the Planning Lead set up the processes required to integrate the lower level team schedules into the upper level integration schedules. Handle the budgeting, travel etc. for the Teams I support and provide them with metrics reflecting their performance vs. baseline.

(3) - Business Resource member (PP&C). Set up scheduling system for AIS that enables the program to work from an integrated database approach. Produce integrated network planning for the Systems AIT, Air, Space and Ground Segments. Participate in setting up the processes required to successfully run a business (non-typical) to current ways of doing business. Initiate a change process for AIS that assures cost & schedule impacts are identified and communicated between teams. Evaluate systems required to tie the Engineering releases to the production / operations planning, i.e. Materiel procurement system / process and manufacturing organization.

Resource load the schedules and handle the business related tasks & reporting required to help provide the teams with the tools to manage their schedules and budget. Handle the change process to assure that cost & schedule impacts are identified and that the schedules for the SOW are credible.

Integrated Program Planning Specialist (3) - (PP&C). Produce integrated network planning for the Wing (IPT). Worked with manufacturing to create and status the detailed schedules that were provided to the shops actually performing the work.

Worked the Boeing transition to Prime contractor for Space Station. Participated in establishing the infrastructure necessary to provide tools for management to assess team scheduling / reporting processes. Short but interesting assignment.

Integrated Program Planning Specialist - (PP&C). Produce integrated network planning for various managers that I supported on Advanced Projects. Also did launch planning for Launch System Integration Organization during the 1990 - 1992 period. This was all within the PP&C function.
