Provide safety leadership to over 20 corporate sites in 5 different states and Canada. To ensure facility compliance with corporate safety standards, implement safety directives, improve safety performance, and ensure facility safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental OSHA regulations through training, site inspections and audits.

Assist in incident management and supervision of individual cases to closure.Involved in the interpretation and enforcement of Corporate Policies and Site Procedures.Coordinate the work load and assignments of 5 field HSE RepresentativesOversee the task of daily behavior-based safety audits conducted by HSE Representatives.Accountable to client to ensure all requirements of the Safety Execution Plan and Project Specific Safety Plans are met.Accountable to the client to ensure weekly and monthly statistics are delivered and accurate.Analyze and trend data to reveal opportunities for improvement of safety related issues.Coordinate, develop, and deliver mass safety meetings and monthly project safety celebrations to relay relevant project information to contractor and client workforce.Conduct new hire safety orientations for incoming employees.Coordinate and instruct site training for site employees.Maintain files and logs of all necessary site training for site employeesDevelop and distribute daily safety meeting topics to communicate relevant topics throughout the workforce.

Responsible for the safety and health of the workforce, and ensured activities were carried out within the spirit and letter of the laws governing the labor industry. Enhanced levels of training and education of the work force.In charge of Job Safety Training & Awareness, Fleet Safety Training, Drug Testing Program, Safety Committee, Safety Awards, OSHA consultations and safety budget.
