Led the business implementation of the Coupa Procure to Pay (P2P) platform across $1.2B worth of corporate & marketing spend on a 7 person cross functional team resulting in an annual sustainable savings of $50M and enablement of 900K transactions to a purchase order process. My responsibilities included:- Design of all standard procure to pay processes including three way match, two way match (or assumed receipt), evaluated receipt settlement (or ERS) & services procurement- Design of project execution strategy for integrating category strategy to the new procure to pay backend- Executing a successful launch in Coupa of the following categories: Construction & Capital Projects, Information Technology, Office Equipment & Supplies, Corporate & Outsourced Services, and Sales & Marketing- Managing 13 sub-project teams deploying the project execution strategy with tasks including articulating project goals and scope, translating business requirements to technical solves, preparing detailed work structures, leading change management and instilling shared goals & accountabilities

Conducted bids & complex negotiations, created & executed category strategies and led a small Sourcing team across the Corporate Services and Information Technology categories achieving $5M savings through category segmentation & strategy for training & eLearning categories and an average annual savings of $4.5M across a spend pool of $60M- Direct Reports: 1 – Sourcing Assistant for Indirect Material category procurement support- Total Spend Accountability: $60M

Taught Piano to over 70 students ranging in age from 5 to 80.
