I recently graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Entrepreneurship and minoring in Finance. My academic journey equipped me with a foundation in business development, sales, marketing, and management, and I am now excited to begin my professional career at Cintas as a Management Trainee.During my time at the University of Dayton, I gained valuable hands-on experience through simulated internships, working with companies such as L’ange and Remarkable Ice. These opportunities allowed me to conduct marketing analyses and develop growth strategies, strengthening my skills in business strategy, consultation, and professional client presentations.My entrepreneurial spirit led me to co-found Fly High Streetwear, a venture that started as a class competition but evolved into a business venture. My team and I achieved the second-highest revenue in the history of our program, and the experience taught me invaluable lessons in leadership, teamwork, and perseverance.Additionally, I founded and managed my own e-commerce business, selling products on platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Instagram. This gave me practical knowledge in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and customer service.In addition to my professional and academic achievements, I am committed to giving back to the community. I have volunteered with organizations like the Boys and Girls Club of Dayton and Wishes Inc., providing tutoring and mentorship to children in underserved areas.Now, as I begin my career at Cintas, I am eager to apply my skills, education, and entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth and create value in the world.
