• Perform CSR swaps for customer/router upgrades.• Configure routers and prepare for swap from SAR-M/8 to ASR920.• Submit COP and COP questionnaire checklist.• Train field technicians how to remove, install, & configure ASR920.• Train field technicians to read scripts for inconsistencies with materials needed for successful swap of router.• Establish warehouse facility location and contracts to house customer site equipment kits.• Coordinate site equipment kit pickups from customer warehouse ready for deployment.• Manage equipment inventory for customer.• Forecasting CSR swaps a month in advance including equipment pickup arrangements.• Pickup and deliver equipment to warehouse housing unit.• Schedule CSR swaps for field technicians.• Coordinate access issues with landlords when necessary.• Conduct field support for troubleshooting CSR swap issues i.e. connectivity.• Submit End of Shift reports to Ericsson PM of successful & non-successful swaps daily detailing issues and resolutions.• Coordinate CSR removals & deliveries to customer warehouse.• Exceptional business relationship builds with Ericsson PMs.

• Install and power Nokia Airscale FSM4/SMM/FYGM.• Complete commissioning and integration of FSM4 for successful migration from ALU9926.• Complete CRAN installations and migrations at various Verizon hubs.• Complete E911 and functional call testing successfully on all sectors.• Submit COP for migration and equipment removal via Newelo app.• Submit End of Shift reports detailing all migration activities successful or non-successful with resolutions.• Train incoming field technicians on how to install, integrate, call test, and troubleshoot common errors as well as navigating through Newelo.• Establish warehouse facility location and contracts to house customer site equipment kits.• Coordinate site equipment kit pickups from customer warehouse ready for deployment.• Manage equipment inventory for customer.• Schedule site builds for field technicians.• Conduct field support for troubleshooting various issues from installments to migrations.• Manage and organize warehouse and materials.• Perform quality audits and corrections to customer satisfactory when necessary.• Exceptional business relationship builds with Nokia ROMs.

• Complete BB5216 migration successfully using Smart Laptop or manually when necessary.• Complete E911 and functional call testing successfully using SRS application on all sectors.• Submit End of Shift reports detailing all migration activities successful or non-successful with resolutions.

• Perform Flexi green light testing for both LTE & UMTS.• Commission Nokia CSR router.• Commission Nokia FSMF system modules.• Prepare and wire EAC alarm cabling from FSEB & PPC to external alarm panel. • Perform E911 & functional call testing.• Perform Alarm testing on new site builds.• Label all modules, external alarms, and cabling.• Troubleshoot connectivity issues.• Troubleshoot COVP fiber issues.• Troubleshoot FSMF issues and replace and install new FSMF when necessary.• Perform Satcom to AAV cutover.• Install new CSR.• Perform complete COW site builds and commissioning.• Submit daily assignment reports.• Train and update new technicians to market with current commissioning procedures according to MOPS.
