Responsible for leading a team providing central support on key programs to assist Victorian workers to reskill in in-demand skill sets and to transition into new jobs. The role focuses on program monitoring; reporting and evaluation; marketing and strategic communications; management of contracts; and budget management and reporting

Responsibilities include:- Lead a thriving team (including the Study Melbourne Student Centre) to ensure continuity and improvement of service delivery, including people management, recruitment and coaching- Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management, the Global Victoria executive and the office of the minister for trade- Develop, implement and govern student initiatives that drive sector recovery, post-covid and beyond- Present to, and engage with, stakeholders to gain cooperation and collaboration and to ensure strong relationships with the sector- Oversee procurement, contract and financial oversight to budget and on time- Identify and respond to issues and risk identification as they emerge- Creation of consistently high-quality briefs and correspondence across a range of topics and to a diverse audience- Identification and advocacy of growth opportunities for team members, creating a platform and culture where everyone can grow and shine
