- To establish material costs on all projects relative to the project specifications, architectural and engineering drawings, company building practices and building permits.- To carry out plan measures at site to record accurate information about existing materials, site conditions. - Establish take-off data, cutting guides. - Obtain accurate quotes from suppliers and detail all relevant information via the working files. - Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with suppliers, and ensure the best outcome is achieved for the company. - Liaise with sales team, project coordinators, sales estimators, supervisors, building managers, directors, draftsmen and engineers as required. - Monitor feedback from project managers to ensure quality products are supplied to site.

- General carpentry including, site set out, pre-slab set out, framing, lock-up, fix. Carried out defect/maintenance work.- Managing teams of carpenters- Liaising with other trades.- General site supervision.- Site OHS & First Aid.- Work timeline forecasting/management.- Liaising with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the best possible outcome.- Material quantities and ordering.

- General carpentry in the areas of new homes, architectural homes, renovations, frames, lock-ups, fixes.- Plastering, tiling, landscaping, pergolas, decking, basic roofing, stone masonry, basic plumbing, concreting.
