My professional experience began in 1977 and since then I have had the pleasure of helping thousands of families in there real estate transactions. I have evaluated many investment properties for profitability and or steps and procedures to make them profitable, I have evaluated raw ground to final settlements on the new homes built from a 6 lot to a 22 lot subdivision.I have evaluated and structured transactions for multiple apartment acquisitions and commercial acquisitions and have prepared and negotiated commercial leases.
