Experience as an Executive Director in developing an educational college program from the ground up with the establishment of a new Risk Management and Insurance Bachelor of Science degree program at Gallaudet University, Washington, DC. The RMI program has been praised by college administration, faculty, Maguire Foundation, Washington D.C. Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking, multiple insurance entities in and around Washington D.C. and most importantly RMI students. Gallaudet University new RMI program was recognized in December, 2018, by the award winning, 16,000 insurance executive member Leader’s Edge magazine. Gallaudet University was only the second university to ever have their RMI program featured in Leader’s Edge magazine.
