I have a passion for digging into customer pain points and identifying innovative solutions. I create processes and products that result in a business which is optimized and capable of scale. To accomplish this, I am constantly learning new information and skills that enable new trains of thought and delivering key outcomes.I get great joy out of meeting new people and hearing from many differing perspectives. I have discovered that technical and business are very much two unique languages that need to meet in the middle. Being able to speak both of these fluently and confidently while continually learning on both fronts has enabled me to facilitate clear and concise conversations with both groups across both my own and customer organizations. Throughout my personal and professional experiences, I have learned the following about myself:- I excel on executing on ideas, no matter how big or small, and extracting a valuable result within the given constraints.- I ensure the customer's perspective is accounted for in all that I do, and while my gut instinct is often good, data is key in ensuring I am always making high-quality decisions.- I am incredibly quick on my feet and think rapidly, but just as well know when to pause and process, keeping calm and relaxed in difficult situations.
