Handling incoming and outgoing queries related to client account transfers by phone and email to clients, financial advisers, banks and investment firms. Also facilitate the transfer of cash and stocks and shares based accounts. Trained on financial and identity fraud along with the legal policies related to the transference of money and accounts. I am also fully trained and compliant with the GDPR act and clients right to privacy with internal and external communications.

Responsible for managing operations within a live television studio. Managing a team of approximately 9 staff members and handled day to day staff rotas along with health and safety guidelines. Also attended pre production meetings and worked on location shoots for promotional and demonstration purposes. Worked in conjunction with other departments on a daily basis and was a liaison for external clients and guests. During my time in this role I was fully trained as a PAT tester or electrical items and in risk assessment for potential hazards and safety risks for in studio and location activities. I also wrote, produced and directed music videos for the companies annual events.
