The field of information technology (Help Desk- PC Analyst), has been my focus for over 16 years. From the time of my initial start, I have built a wealth of knowledge and skills in various areas within the field. With the addition of each skill, I have become more and more interested in the field and the many different areas. I love what I do. It is not just a job. It is a passion. I have just been lucky enough to have found something that I enjoy doing. In addition I have been able to earn a living doing it I get along with others very well. In many situations I adapt well. Some situations are stressful and must be handled under pressure. Being able to handle situations of high profile and stress comes with experience. I enjoy a challenge.I have won many hats, such as computer Technician, System’s support analyst, Call center support agent (helpdesk), Systems Administrator (window’s Networks) Technical writer. Just to outline some of my experience in the world of IT. Having the ability to think critically along with the trait of analytical thinking I have been able to establish a reputation for getting the task at hand completed correctly. I know that I will be an asset to the next organization that I serve and share my experience and knowledge with.
