Grand opened first kosher Safeway store in the Northwest.

Coordinate placement of JMOs with training Store Managers and serve as a resource for trainees. Ensure compliance with all program requirements and ensure all developmental checkpoints for the JMO Program are being met. Schedule regular conference calls and one-on-one developmental sessions to ensure all JMOs comply with training requirements and guidelines. Track JMO completed assignments, modules, and, regular progress reports. Coordinate activities and scheduling for JMOs and the executive team. Coordinating modules and presentations for JMOs. Work with corporate partners to identify training opportunities and program requirements to further develop and solidify program timeline and content. Provide ongoing feedback regarding key learning, trainee performance and the value of the JMO Program to division and corporate partners.

Working with underperforming stores and assisting stores that are currently running without a Store Manager.

Assigned to a Corporate project that assisted a group of underachieving stores. Was also the Director of Shrink for the Division.

Over seen the Floral operations for the Portland Division. Lead the team to achieve sales, profit and shrink goals.
